- عملتُ في مجال التدريس منذ سنة 2006 حتى الان في المدارس التربية والاصلاحية التابعة للوزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية.
- عملت كمدير مکتب وزير العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية في اقليم كردستان 2014 حتى 2018.
- مدير المتابعة في المكتب الوزير العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية في اقليم كردستان 2019 لحد الأن.
- الاعلامي و الصحفي في المجالات السياسية ى الفكرية والاجتماعية و الميدانية منذ سنة 2000 لحد الأن.
