Anwer Omar Qader is currently serving as Lecturer and Head of Law Department at the college of law at Knowledge University. Before that, he was a General directorate in the ministry of agriculture and water resources in IKR, and lecturer in college of police since 2006. He received the BSc degree in Law from Salahaddin University and the MA degree in Laws (LLM) from Salahaddin University in 2005 PHd in criminal law from Salahaddin University in 2012.

  2. Training courses on quality assurance in national school of government –UK during (10/07/2007 – 15/08/2008), in which ranked the 3rd on Kurdistan Region government participants. 
  3. A training course on civil services in governmental sector in the college of civil services/Singapore during (12-20/07/2012).
  4. A training course on leadership and strategic plan in 24-26/11/2014 by American British group.

Third: Courses related to agriculture sector:

  1. A training course on agricultural machines (Tractors &Harvesters) in the renting station of agricultural machines – Erbil, during (01-30/04/1980).
  2. A training course on agricultural cooperatives in Abu Ghurieb institution /Baghdad in 1982-1983, in which ranked the 1st one on the country.
  3. A training course on agricultural statistics in Erbil during (20-27/05/1997), in which ranked the 1st one on Erbil city.
  4. A training course on rural development policy to support olive farmers and olive oil sector in 9- 15 March 2016 at Ciheam institution in Bari- Italy.
