Taha Talal Abdulrahman is an Assistant Lecturer of Microbiology at Knowledge University in Erbil, Iraq, where he has served as an academic faculty member since January 2022. He holds a B.Sc. in Pathological Analysis from Knowledge University (2019) and an M.Sc. in Medical and Clinical Microbiology from Near East University in Cyprus (2021), where his graduate thesis investigated the clinical biofilm dynamics of Staphylococcus aureus. As an active researcher, his scholarly contributions span medical microbiology, infectious diseases, and public health; his published work includes co-authored studies on the epidemiology of foodborne helicobacteriosis, the global healthcare burdens of human toxoplasmosis, and clinical evaluations of drug therapy side effects. In his current role, Mr. Abdulrahman balances instructing undergraduate students in pharmacy and medical laboratory sciences with collaborative research aimed at translating laboratory-based microbiology into impactful regional public health solutions.
