The mutual influence between the constitutional rule and international custom

Abstract
Abstract \r\n\r\nThe research focuses on the mutual influence between constitutional law and international custom, particularly examining the role played by certain international legal rules, including customary international law, in the formation of constitutions. It explores how many conventional rules, following their codification, relate to domestic laws, especially constitutional ones, and their varying status in the constitutions of different countries. The study finds that the impact of international custom on the development of entire constitutions has been limited, though it has played a more significant role in modern constitutions, particularly in relation to human rights, public freedoms, and democratic principles. These concepts have gained importance through their internationalization in human rights law, international humanitarian law, and environmental law.
