A workshop presented on the Impact of Antimicrobial Residues in Food on Public Health

On Saturday, April 10, 2021, the Research Center at Knowledge University conducted an international workshop entitled “Impact of Antimicrobial Residues in Food on Public Health.” The workshop was jointly presented by Dr. Dhary Al-Mashhadani the Director of Research Center at Knowledge University, Erbil, Prof. Dr. Nogal Noman from Ahlia University in Amman, Jordan, Prof. Dr. Raad Sinjari from Mosul University, Iraq, and Prof. Dr. Akram Abudi from Jordan University of Science and Technology, Amman, Jordan. The workshop discussed different issues that relate to the Antimicrobial Residues in food that impact on community health. The workshop hosted 51 participants from different locations. A scientific discussion was made and participants asked several questions
