Knowledge University Successfully Concludes Participation at HITEX2023 | Knowledge University

Erbil, June 9th, 2023 - Knowledge University, as one of the private universities of Kurdistan Region, concluded its successful participation at the HITEX2023 exhibition that held at the Erbil International Fair. The event spanned four consecutive days, from June 6th to June 9th, 2023, and showcased the university's commitment to academic excellence and cutting-edge research.

The exhibition commenced with a remarkable kick-off event, graced by the presence of (Mr. Dashti Haji Najmaddin, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Knowledge University), and (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kayhan Zirar Ghafor, President of the University) along with Governor of Erbil, Chairman of Different universities, Ministers and officials. Their attendance at the inauguration highlighted the university's support and dedication towards promoting educational initiatives and fostering partnerships within the region.

On the second day of the HITEX exhibition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kayhan Zirar Ghafor, as the President of Knowledge University, participated in a panel discussion entitled "AI between Threats & Opportunities." Dr. Kayhan's participation as a panelist demonstrated his expertise and the university's active engagement in the field of artificial intelligence. The panel shed light on the challenges and opportunities presented by AI in various sectors, encouraging insightful discussions among the attendees.

In addition to the university's leadership, the esteemed academic staff of Knowledge University also played a significant role in the exhibition. They were invited as guests to participate in the panel discussion, alongside experts from other institutions and industries.
