Final Day of Project Development Training Focuses on Pitching and Green Innovation
The final day of the Project Development Training at Knowledge University focused on transforming theoretical ideas into impactful actions through professional pitching, innovation, and entrepreneurship. This concluding session provided students with the essential tools to present their visions effectively and align them with global sustainability trends.
The day began with a dynamic pitching session led by Gashbin Idres, President and Co-Founder of Hasar Organization. Participants explored the fundamentals of effective communication, strengthened their public speaking skills, and practiced delivering their ideas with confidence through interactive exercises and constructive feedback. Following this, the focus shifted to Green Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship in a session delivered by Bakhtyar Hussein, Youth Development Expert at UNICEF. Students investigated key concepts such as design thinking, social norms, and the growing importance of the green economy and climate action in shaping sustainable solutions. The training journey concluded with a series of inspiring pitches, showcasing the significant professional growth and innovative mindsets developed by the participants throughout the program.
دواین ڕۆژی مەشق و ڕاهێنانی گەشەپێدانی پڕۆژە جەختی کردەسەر گۆڕینی بیرۆکەکان بۆ کردار لە ڕێگەی پێشکەشکردنی کاریگەر (Pitching)، داهێنان و کارسازییەوە. بەشی یەکەمی خولەکە بە چالاکی تایبەت بە هونەری پێشکەشکردنی بیرۆکە (Pitching) دەستی پێکرد، کە لەلایەن "گەشبین ئدریس"، سەرۆک و هاودامەزرێنەری ڕێکخراوی هەسار پێشکەشرا. بەشداربووان بنەماکانی پێشکەشکردنی کاریگەر فێربوون، لێهاتووییەکانی ئاخاوتنی گشتییان بەهێزتر کرد، و مەشقیان کرد لەسەر چۆنییەتی گەیاندنی بیرۆکەکانیان بە متمانەبەخۆبوونەوە لە ڕێگەی ڕاهێنانی کارلێکەر و فیدباکی بنیاتنەرەوە. بەشی دووەم دەربارەی داهێنانی سەوز و کارسازی کۆمەڵایەتی لەلایەن "بەختیار حسێن"، شارەزای گەشەپێدانی گەنجان لە یونیسێف پێشکەش کرا. تێیدا بەشداربووان چەمکە سەرەکییەکانی وەک کارسازی و نۆرمە کۆمەڵایەتییەکان، دیزاینی بیرکردنەوە (Design Thinking)، و گرنگی لێهاتووییە سەوزەکان، ئابووری سەوز و چالاکییەکانی پاراستنی کەشوهەوایان بۆ داڕشتنی چارەسەری بەردەوام تاوتوێ کرد. ڕۆژەکە بە پێشکەشکردنی چەندین بیرۆکەی ئیلهامبەخش و داهێنەرانە کۆتایی هات، کە ڕەنگدانەوەی گەشەکردنی بەشداربووان بوو لە ماوەی گەشتی ڕاهێنانەکەدا.
