Job Summary
We are looking for a Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer with 5 years of experience to join our design and production team. You will play a pivotal role in taking concepts from the drawing board to reality, managing the design, testing, and implementation of mechanical components and systems. This role requires a balance of strong technical CAD skills, project management capability, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor).
Conduct structural, thermal, and fluid analyses (FEA/CFD) to validate designs.
Manage mechanical engineering projects from initial concept through prototype testing and manufacturing rollout.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and manufacturing personnel, to optimize product performance.
Prepare technical documentation, engineering drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).
Qualifications
Experience: 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design or product development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
Skills: Proficiency in CAD and FEA software, strong understanding of manufacturing processes (GD&T, injection molding, machining), and excellent project management skills.
