Medical Microbiology Students Conduct Scientific Tour to Paky Hospital for Practical Training

Fourth-stage students from the Medical Microbiology Department, College of Science, under the supervision of Asst. Lec. Lana Sardar, embarked on a scientific tour to Paky Hospital. The visit, held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, was designed to provide students with in-depth practical knowledge about modern diagnostic laboratory techniques and methods.

The educational tour aimed to expose students to the day-to-day workings of a clinical diagnostic laboratory, highlighting essential procedures in microbiological testing, specimen handling, and the use of advanced diagnostic equipment. Students had the opportunity to observe and engage with laboratory professionals, gaining firsthand insights into the challenges and protocols involved in medical diagnostics.

The College of Science continues to prioritize experiential learning opportunities like this to ensure students graduate with both the academic foundation and the practical expertise needed for their future careers in medical science.
