Mission:
The mission of The College of Nursing is to prepare professional nurses who will be leaders in addressing the community\\\'s changing health care needs and advancing the nursing profession. This mission is accomplished through excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment; advancement of implementation science; strong partnership networks; and service to others.
Vision:
The college of Nursing vision is to create a nursing workforce that is aligned with population needs, promotes health equity, and build a Center of Excellence in Nursing that will provide high-quality, evidence-based educational programs while also encouraging innovation to improve patient care.
Objectives:
- Prepare Professional Nurses who will provide comprehensive health care to public with commitment & compassion.
- Prepare and enable nurses to lead change to advance local and global health
- Generate knowledge that has a lasting impact on health, healthcare, and policy.
