Business Administration

The department of Business administration offers a Bachelor degree in business administration. The program is four years and provides students with comprehensive knowledge of business theories and models and their application to real-world situations. The program also reflects business thoughts and practices within the regional and international arena. The department applies the bologna process starting from 2020 to reflect the actual market situation and fulfil organizational needs. 

In addition to the broad range of concepts students will study in the classroom, they will interface with faculty from nearly every business field. Whether you are developing a marketing plan for a sustainable farming non-profit or advising the founders of at-risk youth programs, the business courses offered to give you real-world consulting experience. And throughout your entire journey, you will have award-winning research professors and successful business leaders to guide you.

The bachelor degree in Business Administration is the eight-semester program, and students are required to accumulate 240-credit (ECTS). The program is designed to meet market needs and allows students to find better opportunities and analyze real business and management-related problems. The new Bologna-based curriculum supports students' leadership quality and urges them to rely on their abilities to become leaders in profit, non-profit and public organizations. The program allows students to think outside of the box and enhance their analytical and decision-making skills. Students will be equipped with the latest knowledge and practice in management, marketing, HRM, finance, accounting, and economics. 

Teaching Methods

The principles of modern pedagogy will be used to facilitate and enable learning in the field of business management. Students become the center of education, and teachers will facilitate their learning skills. Principles of competency-based education, EduPreneurship, will enhance students' competency in business and administration. 

The bachelor's degree in Business Administration supports students learning and connecting to the labor market as a clear pathway towards students' placement after completing their degree. Students will enjoy learning for all modules they cover during their academic life. Different methods, including theoretical lectures, seminar, case study, on-job-training, project-based learning, problem-based learning, and entrepreneurial education, will be used. Students will be supported throughout their studies to ensure the development of their creativity and key administration competencies. The modern pedagogy in this field helps students with a passion for business and organizational management prepare for taking a wide range of roles and responsibilities in the local, regional and international business environment.
