Mahdi Hamdi Mahdi is currently serving as a Lecturer at College of Law - Knowledge University. He received the BSc degree in Law from University of Baghdad, the MSc degree in Administrative Law from University of Baghdad and the PhD degree in Administrative Law from University of Baghdad in 1978, 1998, and 2004, respectively. He has published over 6 scientific / research papers in journals and conferences. Previously, he has worked as employee in both Rafidain Bank in Baghdad and in Ministry of culture and media and also as legal advisor in Ministry of environment. Currently he is a member of the Kurdistan Teacher's Union.
