Rebaz Jalal Ahmed Nanekeli studied all stages in Poland, graduated from Warsaw University of Life Sciences in Poland, where he earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in economics. He then pursued doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he was awarded doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in social sciences, specializing in economics and finance. 

He wrote the first ever Polish-Kurdish dictionary in 2013 and translated several books from Polish into Kurdish.
