Adnan Burhan Rajab is a highly skilled computer engineering professional with a diverse academic and administrative career, currently serving in pivotal roles at Knowledge University (KNU) in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. As the Director of the President’s Office and Secretary of the University Council, Adnan is entrusted with significant responsibilities, overseeing administrative operations, coordinating executive functions, and supporting decision-making processes at the university's highest level. His expertise in both administration and academia uniquely positions him to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and drive strategic initiatives at KNU. Additionally, he is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science, within the College of Science, where he teaches and mentors students, nurturing the next generation of computer science professionals and contributing to the region's growing technology sector.

Adnan’s educational background is solidly rooted in Computer Engineering. He earned his Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Engineering, with a specialization in software, from Urmia University in Iran. This advanced degree reflects his in-depth knowledge and understanding of computer science principles, systems architecture, and software development methodologies, equipping him with the skills needed to tackle complex technical challenges. Prior to his postgraduate studies, he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, further establishing his expertise in foundational engineering and computer science concepts. Complementing his technical background, Adnan also holds a Diploma in Accounting, which provides him with a unique perspective on financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation—skills that are invaluable in his administrative role at KNU. This blend of technical and financial expertise enhances his ability to contribute to various facets of university operations, from academic planning to budget management.
