Academic and Professional Background: Dr. Mustafa A. Zainel has been serving as an Assistant Lecturer in Human Anatomy at the College of Pharmacy, Knowledge University since September 2021. Prior to joining Knowledge University, Dr. Zainel accumulated approximately three years of experience in the academic field of human anatomy at Hawler Medical University – College of Medicine and Koya University – School of Medicine. In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Zainel boasts over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with a distinguished record of accomplishments and national and international awards.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from Tikrit University
  • Master's degree in Human Anatomy, Department of Anatomy and Pathology, College of Medicine, Hawler Medical University, Erbil – Kurdistan Region of Iraq (2020).
    Thesis Title: "Prevalence and Variations of Aberrant Renal Artery in Kidney Donors."

Research Interests: Dr. Zainel's research spans various aspects of human anatomy and its clinical implications, with a particular focus on renal anatomy, liver pathology, gastrointestinal injuries, and public health issues related to parasitic and bacterial infections. His work includes both experimental studies in animal models and applied research with clinical relevance.
