Nursing College\'s First Stage Students Paid a Scientific Visit to Hawler Medical University

Erbil, Kurdistan Region

As part of their academic and practical exposure, a group of First Stage students from the College of Nursing at Knowledge University in the presence of the dean of college (Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarhang Qadir Surchi), conducted a scientific visit to the College of Nursing at Hawler Medical University. The visit began with a warm reception and meeting with Asst. Prof. Dr. Viyan Affan Naqshbandi, Dean of the College of Nursing at Hawler Medical University, During the session, the students engaged in a brief but insightful discussion on nursing education, clinical training, and the future of the nursing profession in the region.

Following the discussion, the students were given a guided tour of the college facilities, including practical laboratories and specialized units. This provided them with the opportunity to observe hands-on training environments and advanced medical equipment used in nursing education. The visit aimed to enhance collaboration between the two institutions, promote knowledge exchange, and inspire nursing students through exposure to diverse academic and practical experiences.

Both institutions expressed their appreciation for the initiative and emphasized the importance of continued academic cooperation to elevate the quality of healthcare education in the Kurdistan Region.
