College of Science Professor Conducts Specialized Training on Milk Analysis

Professor Dr. Dhary Alewy Al-Mashhadani from the Department of Medical Laboratory Science at the College of Science, Knowledge University, conducted a specialized training course titled "Physical, Chemical, and Microbiological Analysis of Milk." The course was held at the Directorate of Central Veterinary Laboratory. The training aimed to enhance participants' practical and theoretical understanding of milk quality analysis, focusing on its physical properties, chemical composition, and microbiological safety. Attendees included laboratory specialists, veterinary professionals, and researchers in the field of food safety and public health.
