Knowledge University Successfully Concludes the 4th International Scientific Conference on Administrative, Financial & Legal Sciences

Under the supervision of Dr. Aram Mohammed Qadir, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Knowledge University has successfully concluded the 4th International Scientific Conference on Administrative, Financial & Legal Sciences and Prospects for Renewal and Innovation, held on April 13–14, 2025, at the university campus in Erbil.

The two-day event was organized jointly by the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences and the College of Law, and was led by Prof. Dr. Ahmad Anwar Dzeayee, President of Knowledge University and Chair of the Conference. The conference brought together a distinguished gathering of scholars, researchers, and experts from across Iraq and abroad, who presented innovative research and engaged in rich academic dialogue surrounding the fields of administrative, financial, and legal sciences. Discussions centered around advancing research, addressing regional challenges, and proposing transformative solutions for the banking and legal sectors.

Participants engaged in dynamic knowledge exchange, with the goal of developing a forward-looking vision for reforming the banking system, integrating digital technologies, and reinforcing legal frameworks to support economic growth in the region.

لە ژێر سەرپەرشتی د. ئارام محمد قادر، وەزیری خوێندنی باڵا و توێژینەوەی زانستی لە هەرێمی کوردستان، زانکۆی نۆڵج بە سەرکەوتوویی چواره‌مین کۆنفرانسی زانستی نێودەوڵەتی بۆ زانستە کارگێڕی، دارایی و یاساییەکان بەڕێوەبرد. کۆنفرانسەكه‌ بۆ ماوه‌ی دوو ڕۆژ لە ١٣-١٤ی نیسانی ٢٠٢٥ لە سەنتەری زانکۆی نۆڵج لە هەولێر بەڕێوەچوو.

ئەم بۆنەیه‌ بە هاوكاری هه‌ردوو کۆلێژی زانستەكانی کارگێڕی و دارایی و کۆلێژی یاسا ڕێکخرا و لە لایەن پڕۆفیسۆر د. ئەحمەد ئەنوەر دزەیی، سەرۆکی زانکۆی نۆڵج و سەرۆکی کۆنفرانسەکە، سەرپەرشتی کرا. کۆنفرانسەکە ژماره‌یه‌كی به‌رفراوانی زانایان، توێژەران و شارەزایانی ناوخۆ و عه‌ره‌بی و بیانی کۆکردەوە، کە توێژینەوە نوێیەکانیان پێشکەش کرد و گفتوگۆیەکی دەوڵەمەندی زانستی لە بوارەکانی کارگێڕی، دارایی و یاسا ئەنجامدرا. گفتوگۆکان سەبارەت بە پێشخستنی توێژینەوەکان، چارەسەرکردنی کێشە ناوچەییەکان و پێشنیارکردنی چارەسەری گۆڕانکاری بۆ سیسته‌می بانکی و یاسا بوو.
