Public Health Awareness Activities by Knowledge University Students

On Saturday, January 11, 2025, the students of the Medical Microbiology Department in the College of Science at Knowledge University actively participated in a public health awareness campaign held at Parki Shar. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Omid Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, and Dr. Dlovan Mohammed, Director General of Health. Under the supervision of Dr. Hoshyar Saadi, Head of the Medical Microbiology Department, the students distributed informative brochures to raise awareness about various health issues among the public. In collaboration with Dina Labs, the students also provided free health tests for the visitors, ensuring practical engagement and emphasizing the importance of proactive health measures.
