College of Administrative and Financial Sciences Hosts Seminar on Investment in the Kurdistan Region

In its ongoing commitment to fostering academic excellence and community engagement, the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at Knowledge University organized a seminar titled “Investment in the Kurdistan Regional Government – Reality and Objectives.” The seminar, held in the presence of the University President, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Dzeyi, along with the College Dean, Heads of Departments, lecturers, and students, featured Dr. Mohammed Shukri, Head of the Investment Board of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), as the keynote speaker.
Dr. Mohammed Shukri provided an insightful analysis of the investment landscape in the Kurdistan Region, shedding light on current opportunities, challenges, and strategic objectives aimed at fostering economic growth. He discussed the government's initiatives to attract both local and international investors, emphasizing the importance of sustainable development and collaboration between the public and private sectors.
