On February 6th, 2023, the College of Law's Department of Law organized a workshop aimed at addressing the theme of "Education and the Needs of the Labor Market in the Kurdistan Region." This workshop brought together a number of highly respected professionals in the fields of education and labor, including:

Assistant Professor Dr. Khatab Ahmad Shekhani, who serves as the Director General of Education and Planning in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Mr. Abdulsalam Madani, the Director General of Ruanga Foundation, who has extensive experience in the field of development.

Mr. Hogar Ali Rasul, who acts as an advisor to the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, offering valuable insights on labor and business matters.

Ahmad Smail Rahman, the Director General of High School and Vocational Education in the Ministry of Education, who brings expertise on education and preparation.

This workshop provided a unique platform for attendees to engage with thought leaders and industry experts on the current state of education and its impact on the labor market in the Kurdistan Region.
