Women in Tech

The Career Development Center (CDC) at the College of Engineering, Knowledge University, in collaboration with Enlightors Company, successfully organized a workshop entitled “Tech in Business” under the theme “Women in Tech.” The workshop aimed to support and empower women in the field of Digital Media and enhance their readiness for today’s competitive job market.

Throughout the session, participants were introduced to the fundamentals of graphic design and its various types, effective social media management strategies, and the professional use of visual content, including photography and digital media production. The workshop also highlighted the importance of branding, building a strong digital identity, and leveraging technology to create career opportunities and achieve professional growth.

This initiative reflects the College of Engineering’s commitment to equipping female students with practical skills, expanding their technological knowledge, and strengthening their role in the evolving digital and business landscape.

سەنتەری پەرەپێدانی کار (CDC) لە زانکۆی نۆڵج بە هاوبەشی لەگەڵ کۆمپانیای Enlightors وۆرکشۆپێکی سەرکەوتووانەی بە ناونیشانی “Tech in Business” لە ژێر درووشمی “Women in Tech” ئەنجامدا. ئەم چالاکییە بە مەبەستی پاڵپشتی و توانابەخشین بە ئافرەتان لە بواری میدیای دیجیتاڵ و کارگێڕی تەکنەلۆجیا تەرخان کرابوو، بۆ ئەوەی زیاتر ئامادەبن بۆ بازاڕی کار.

لە ماوەی وۆرکشۆپەکەدا، بەشداربووان ئاشنای بنەمای گرافیک دیزاین و جۆرەکانی، شێوازی دروستکردن و ڕێکخستنی ناوەڕۆکی سۆشیال میدیا، بەکارهێنانی وێنە و ڤیدیۆ بە شێوەیەکی پڕۆفیشناڵ، هەروەها گرنگی براندسازی و دروستکردنی ناسنامەی دیجیتاڵی تایبەتی بوون. هەروەها باس لە چۆنیەتی بەکارهێنانی تەکنەلۆجیا بۆ گەشەپێدانی کار و دروستکردنی دەرفەتی نوێی پیشەیی کرا.

ئەم وۆرکشۆپە هەنگاوێکی گرنگ بوو لە لایەن کۆلێژی ئەندازیارییەوە بۆ بەرزکردنەوەی هۆشیاری و تواناكانی ئافرەتان لە بوارە تەکنەلۆجییەکاندا و پشتگیرییان بۆ بەشدارییەکی کارا و سەرکەوتووانە لە ژیانی پیشەییدا.
