Practical Legal Learning Through a Mock Criminal Court

Knowledge University conducted a practical, hands-on learning activity titled “Mock Criminal Court” for students of the Department of Law, aiming to connect academic learning with practical experience. Students worked on a real civil legal case and discussed key topics related to civil law, including adjudication processes and the legal procedures required to prove claims and obtain compensation in accordance with the law. The activity also highlighted that, following the completion of criminal punishment procedures, the right to civil compensation falls under the jurisdiction of the Civil Court. This learning activity helped students develop a stronger understanding of legal concepts and better prepare for their future professional careers at Knowledge University.
 

زانکۆی نۆڵج چالاکییەکی فێرکاری و کردار‌ی بە ناونیشانی «دادگای گریمانەیی» بۆ قوتابیانی بەشی یاسا ئەنجامدا، بۆ ئەوەی خوێندنی ئەکادیمی بە شێوەیەکی ڕاستەوخۆ پەیوەست بکرێت بە کردار و ئەزموونی پراکتیکی.

لە ماوەی ئەم چالاکییەدا، قوتابیان لەسەر کەیسێکی یاسایی شارستانی ڕاستەقینە کاریان کرد و تاوتوێیان لەسەر بابەتە گرنگەکانی یاسای شارستانی کرد، لەوانە پڕۆسەی دادبڕین و ئەو ڕێکارانەی کە دەبێت بەپێی یاسا پەیڕەو بکرێن بۆ سەلماندنی داوا و وەرگرتنەوەی مافی قەرەبوو. هەروەها ڕوونکرایەوە کە دوای تەواوبوونی ڕێکارەکانی سزادانی تاوانبار، مافی داواکاری قەرەبووی شارستانی دەکەوێتە دەسەڵاتی دادگای شارستانی.

ئەم چالاکییە یارمەتیدەر بوو لە بەرزکردنەوەی تێگەیشتنی یاسایی قوتابیان، پەرەپێدانی توانای بیرکردنەوە و گفتوگۆی یاسایی، و ئامادەکردنیان بۆ ژیانی پیشەیی لە داهاتوودا، وەک بەشێک لە هەوڵەکانی زانکۆی نۆڵج بۆ پێشکەشکردنی خوێندنێکی فێرکاری و مۆدێرن.
