Seminar on Managerial Behavior and Employee Turnover Held at the College of Administrative & Financial Sciences

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the Department of Business Administration at Knowledge University held a seminar presented by Dr. Idrees Sadeq Kanabi, a faculty member at the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences. The seminar was titled “Key Managerial Behaviors That Contribute to Employee Turnover.”
During the seminar, Dr. Idrees Kanabi highlighted the significant impact that managerial behavior has on employee retention across various organizations. He explained how the attitudes and actions of managers can directly influence employees’ motivation, productivity, and decisions to continue or leave their jobs.
