Knowledge University Holds Workshop on Diabetes Prevention and Management

Erbil, Kurdistan Region

On the occasion of World Diabetes Day, the Scientific Department of the Medical Laboratory at the College of Science – Knowledge University organized a workshop titled: “Prevention and Management of Diabetes.” The event was held in the presence of the University President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Dzayee, and was conducted with the participation of:

• Dr. Pashtiwal Mama Khder

• Mr. Abdullah Osman

The workshop focused on increasing awareness about diabetes, methods of prevention, early diagnosis, and effective approaches to managing the disease. The participants highlighted the importance of community education and regular medical checkups to reduce the risks associated with diabetes.
