Participation of Dr. Azad Dzayee in the Fifth International Scientific Conference on the Genocide of the Kurdish People

Dr. Azad Dzayee, a lecturer in the College of Law, participated in the Fifth International Scientific Conference on the Genocide of the Kurdish People, which was held on 28–29 October 2025 at the University of Duhok under the guidance and supervision of President Masoud Barzani. He took part as a speaker, presenting a research paper titled: “The Shared Civil Responsibility of the Individual and the State in the Crime of Genocide.”

Dr. Azad Dzayee’s participation underscored his contribution to the academic discussions within the conference, which focused on documenting and analyzing the genocide committed against the Kurdish people.

مشارکة الدكتور آزاد الدزه ئي في مؤتمر العلمي الدولي الخامس حول الابادة الجماعية و الذي أنعقد بتوجيه و ارشاد و مشاركة الرئيس مسعود بارزاني في ربوع جامعة دهوك و كان متحدث و مشارك ببحث تحت عنوان ( المسؤولية المدنية المشتركة للفرد و الدولة في جربمة الابادة الجماعية للكورد ..
