Director of CDC participated in a Workshop on Trainer Training for Employability Program Delivery

On August 3, 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Marwan Aziz Mohammed, Director of the Career Development Center (CDC) at Knowledge University, participated in a specialized workshop aimed at training trainers on the effective delivery of the Employability Program. The event was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education, as well as directors of Career Development Centers from both the ministry and universities.

Organized by the Rwanga Foundation, the three-day workshop focused on enhancing the skills and methodologies required for successful program delivery, fostering collaboration between academic institutions and the labor market. The initiative highlighted the importance of equipping trainers with modern approaches to better prepare graduates for employment opportunities.
