College of Law Hosts Second Seminar in 2025 Summer Course Series

As part of its continued efforts to enhance the skills and knowledge of law students, Department of Law at Knowledge University organized the second seminar of its summer course series today, August 3, 2025. The seminar took place in the presence of the University President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Anwar Dezaye.

The session was delivered by Mr. Abdulbasit Farhadi, a retired judge with over ten years of experience in the judicial system. The seminar was titled “Types of Courts, Implementation of Law within Courts, and the Role of the Defense Lawyer”, and provided in-depth insights into the structure of the judiciary and the practical application of legal procedures in courtrooms.

Students engaged actively in the seminar, which concluded with a vibrant Q&A session. Attendees expressed great satisfaction with the valuable information and professional experience shared by the speaker. The event was well received by the university, the College of Law, and all participating students, marking another successful step in enriching the academic and practical competencies of law students at Knowledge University.
