KNU Medical Analysis Students Lead Toxoplasmosis Awareness Campaign at Zhyary Peshang School
As part of the ongoing commitment of Knowledge University (KNU) to community service and public health education, a group of dedicated second-stage students from the Department of Medical Analysis (Group C) conducted an impactful awareness seminar at Zhyary Peshang Private School. This scientific initiative, held under the expert supervision of Ms. Roshna, aimed to bridge the gap between academic study and practical health advocacy.
The seminar focused on Toxoplasmosis, a parasitic disease that poses significant health challenges. The presenters provided an in-depth analysis of the parasite's life cycle, transmission methods, and its clinical implications. A primary focus was placed on the high-risk categories, specifically pregnant women and individuals with compromised immune systems, explaining how the infection can lead to serious health complications if not properly managed.
The project was meticulously prepared and delivered by the following students:

In addition to identifying the risks, the students provided a set of essential prevention strategies, including food safety protocols and hygiene practices, to empower the audience with the tools needed to limit the spread of the disease. لە چوارچێوەک بەشێک لە پابەندبوونی بەردەوامی زانکۆی نۆڵج (KNU) بە خزمەتگوزاری کۆمەڵگە و پەروەردەی تەندروستیی گشتی، گرووپێک لە قوتابیانی تەرخانکراوی قۆناغی دووەم لە بەشی شیکاریی پزیشکی (گرووپی C) سیمینارێکی هۆشیاریی کاریگەر لە قوتابخانەی تایبەتی ژیاری پێشەنگ ئەنجامدا. ئەم پڕۆژە زانستییە، کە لە ژێر سەرپەرشتی پسپۆڕانەی مامۆستا ڕۆشنا ئەنجامدرا، ئامانجی ئەوە بوو پردێک دروست بکات لە نێوان خوێندنی ئەکادیمی و بانگەشەی کرداری بۆ تەندروستی.
سیمینارەکە تەرخانکرابوو بۆ نەخۆشی تۆکسۆپلازمۆسیس، کە نەخۆشییەکی پەرازیته و کێشەی تەندروستیی گرنگ دروست دەکات. پێشکەشکاران شیکارییەکی وردیان بۆ سووڕی ژیانی پەرازیتەکە، ڕێگاکانی گواستنەوە و کاریگەرییە کلینیکییەکانی پێشکەش کرد. سەرنجێکی سەرەکی خراوە سەر گرووپە مەترسیدارەکان، بە تایبەتی ئافرەتانی دووگیان و ئەو کەسانەی سیستەمی بەرگریی جەستەیان لاوازە، بەوەی ڕوونکرایەوە چۆن ئەم تووشبوونە دەتوانێت ببێتە هۆی ئاڵۆزیی تەندروستیی جددی ئەگەر بە شێوەیەکی دروست بەڕێوە نەبرێت.

جگە لە دیاریکردنی مەترسییەکان، قوتابیان کۆمەڵێک ستراتیژی پێویستی خۆپاراستنیان پێشکەش کرد، لەوانە ڕێنماییەکانی سەلامەتی خۆراک و پراکتیزەکانی پاکوخاوێنی، بۆ ئەوەی ئامادەبووان بە زانیاری و ئامرازە پێویستەکان توانادار بکەن بۆ سنووردارکردنی بڵاوبوونەوەی نەخۆشییەکە. ئەم چالاکییە جەخت لە دیدگای زانکۆی نۆڵج دەکاتەوە بۆ پەروەردەکردنی پسپۆڕانی تەندروستی کە نەک تەنها لە ڕووی ئەکادیمییەوە سەرکەوتوون، بەڵکو بەرپرسیارێتی کۆمەڵایەتیشیان هەیە.
