The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Its Positive and Negative Impacts on Images and Videos
On Sunday, February 22, 2026, the College of Engineering at Knowledge University organized an engaging and informative workshop in the presence of students from East Wood International School, along with the dean, head of department, faculty members, and students of the College of Engineering.
The workshop was delivered by Mr. Bawar Ali Haji, Lecturer in the Department of Computer Engineering, under the title: “The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Its Positive and Negative Impacts on Images and Videos.”
The session highlighted the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence technologies and their growing influence on image and video production and analysis. Participants were introduced to modern AI techniques, practical applications, and real-life examples, while also discussing both the positive opportunities and potential risks associated with these technologies.
The workshop created an interactive academic environment where attendees actively engaged in discussions and raised various questions, which were answered thoughtfully. This activity reflects Knowledge University’s commitment to spreading technological awareness, strengthening academic collaboration, and encouraging critical thinking among students.
ڕۆژی یەکشەممە ٢٢ی شوباتی ٢٠٢٦، کۆلێژی ئەندازیاری زانکۆی نۆڵج وۆرکشۆپێکی زانستی و گرنگی ڕێکخست بە ئامادەبوونی فێرخوازانی قوتابخانەی (East Wood)ـی نێودەوڵەتی، لەگەڵ ڕاگر، سەرۆک بەش، مامۆستایان و فێرخوازانی کۆلێژی ئەندازیاری.
ئەم وۆرکشۆپە لەلایەن م. باوەڕ علی حاجی، مامۆستا لە بەشی ئەندازیاری کۆمپیوتەر، بە ناونیشانی «ڕۆڵی زیرەکی دەستکرد و کاریگەرییە ئەرێنی و نەرێنییەکانی لەسەر وێنە و ڤیدیۆ» ئەنجامدرا.
لە ماوەی وۆرکشۆپەکەدا، باس لە پێشکەوتنی خێرای تەکنەلۆژیای زیرەکی دەستکرد کرا و چۆنیەتی کاریگەرییەکانی لەسەر دروستکردن و شیکردنەوەی وێنە و ڤیدیۆ ڕوونکرایەوە. بەشداربووان ئاشنابوون بە چەندین تەکنیکی نوێ و بەکارهێنانی پراکتیکی، هەروەها باس لە دەرفەتە ئەرێنییەکان و هەروەها مەترسییە نەرێنییەکانی ئەم تەکنەلۆژیا نوێیانە کرا.
وۆرکشۆپەکە ژینگەیەکی ئەکادیمیی کارلێککراو درووستکرد کە تێیدا بەشداربووان بە چالاکی بەشدارییان کرد و چەندین پرسیاری جیاواز ئاراستە کرا کە بە شێوەیەکی ورد و زانستی وەڵامیان درایەوە. ئەم جۆرە چالاکیانە نیشانەی گرنگیدانی زانکۆی نۆڵجە بە بڵاوکردنەوەی هۆشیاری تەکنەلۆژی، پەرەپێدانی هاوکاری ئەکادیمی و هاندان بە بیرکردنەوەی ڕەخنەیی لەنێوان فێرخوازاندا.
