College of education Congrats Mr Rizgar on Publishing his new Book

The Head of the English Language Department at College of Education, Miss.Bekhal Baiyz Kareem is honored to congratulate one of her most active, inspiring and prominent faculty members and a PhD student (Mr Rizgar M. A) on his recently published book entitled "1000 IQ" .
