Medical Laboratory Students Launch Community Health Initiative at Grand Majidi Mall

The Department of Medical Laboratory at the College of Science organized an extensive field activity at Grand Majidi Mall to bridge the gap between academic study and community service. This initiative aimed to strengthen community engagement by showcasing the practical skills and clinical expertise of our students while highlighting the department’s vital academic role. During the event, students and faculty provided free basic medical tests to mall visitors, offering essential health screenings and raising public awareness about preventative care. This activity reflects the commitment of the College of Science to social responsibility and its dedication to preparing students for real-world professional environments through direct public interaction.
