Knowledge University – Employee Appeals & Grievance Procedure (2024) | Knowledge University Campus

Knowledge University is committed to fair, transparent, and equitable treatment of all employees.
This policy ensures that every staff member has the right to formally appeal decisions related to:

• Employment rights
• Salary / pay determination
• Performance evaluation / appraisal outcomes
• Workplace treatment or unfair practices

Appeal Process

1. The employee submits a written appeal to the HR Office.
2. HR reviews the case and schedules a meeting/hearing if required.
3. The case is reviewed by a neutral HR committee.
4. A written final decision is communicated to the employee.

All appeals are handled confidentially, fairly, and without discrimination.

This system ensures that all employees have equal access to fair review and resolution, aligned with international labour standards and SDG-8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth).

Policy status: In place by 2024 and implemented across all units of the university.
