Abstract
The principle that regulates the legal provisions relating to the human body is that the human body is forbidden and it is not permissible to touch it except with the express written permission of its owner or his representative. The human body has two concepts surrounding the process of research in it, namely the medical concept and the legal concept. Where every act that results in compromising the physical tranquility as if it resulted in the individual suffering physical pain or doubled the severity of the pain that he had before is considered a violation of the right to the integrity of the body even if that act did not result in a decrease in the health level of the individual or a diminution in his organs . The philosophical thought on which the individual aspect of the right to bodily integrity was built has been abandoned over time in favor of the social aspect of the right to bodily integrity. The considered legal opinion makes the outbreak of the Corona epidemic and other epidemics an application of the state of necessity stipulated by most of the laws of the world.\r\n\r\n
