Knowledge University Signs an International Memorandum of Understanding with Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University, Russia
In a new step toward expanding international collaborations, a delegation from Knowledge University — consisting of Prof. Dr. Ahmad Dzayee (President of the University), Prof. Dr. Talib Khalil (Vice President), and Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Aziz (Director of International Relations) — participated in an online Zoom meeting with representatives from Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushinsky – Russia.
The Russian university’s team included Prof. Dr. Mikhailovich Gruzdev (President), Prof. Dr. Alexander (Vice President), and Ms. Elena (Director of International Relations). The meeting lasted for more than an hour and focused on strengthening academic and institutional cooperation between the two universities.
After fruitful discussions, both sides agreed on the following points:
- Academic collaboration and student exchange between the Pharmacy Departments of both universities, including student visits to Russia to benefit from the university’s specialized pharmaceutical laboratories and production facilities.
- Support for launching Arabic language programs at Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University, with Knowledge University providing instructors and necessary resources.
- Establishment of a Russian language department at Knowledge University, supported by Yaroslavl University through the provision of lecturers, curriculum, and training courses for university staff and the general public in the Kurdistan Region, especially in Erbil.
At the end of the session, both universities officially signed an online Memorandum of Understanding, valid for five years, to mark the beginning of practical cooperation.

کۆبوونەوە ئۆنلاینەکە زیاتر لە یەک کاتژمێری خایاند بە تێر و تەسەلی باسی پەیوەندییەکان و هاوکاری نێوان هەردوو زانکۆ کرا. پاش باس کردن هەردوو لا ڕێککەوتن لەسەر ئەمانەی خوارەوە
１- هاوکاری ئەکادیمی مامۆستایان و قوتابیانی بەشی دەرمانسازی هەر دوو زانکۆ و ئاڵو گۆڕکردن. زانکۆی ناوبراو گارگەی دەرمانسای تایبەت بەخۆی هەیە دەکرێ قوتابیان سەردانی بکەن و سوودی لێوەربگرن. هەروەها زانکۆی ناوبراو کارگەی تایبەتی دروستکردنی ئامێرەکانی دەرمانسازی هەیە خۆیان دروستی دەکەن.
２- کردنەوەی بە شی زمانی عەرەبی لە زانکۆی ناوبراو و زانکۆی نۆڵج هاوکاری و یارمەتیان بدات بە دابینکردنی مامۆستا و سەرچاوەکان و پێداویستی تر.
３- کردنەوەی بەشی زمانی ڕووسی لە زانکۆی نۆڵج و زانکۆی ناوبراو مامۆستا و سەرچاوەکان و پڕۆگرامی خوێندن دابین دەکات بۆمان. هەروەها خولی فێربوونی زمانی ڕووسی دەکاتەوە بۆ کارمەندانمان و ئارەزوو مەندانی كوردستان بهگشتی و شاری هەولێر بە تایبهتی.
لە کۆتاییدا یاداشتی لێکتێگەیشتن لە نێوان هەردوو زانکۆ بە ئونلاین واژۆ کرا و بۆ ماوەی پێنج ساڵ و کەوتە بواری جێبەجێ کردن.
