Seminar on Youth Leadership in Housing Held at Knowledge University

Erbil, Kurdistan Region

The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at Knowledge University, in collaboration with Erbil Project, held a seminar titled “Youth Leadership in Housing” aimed at exploring the role of young leaders in shaping the future of urban development and housing initiatives. The event was honored by the presence of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Dezaye, President of Knowledge University, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Nadhima Ahmad, Dean of the College, along with number of academic staff and students.

The seminar featured a keynote presentation by Mr. Benjamin Shadman, who shared valuable insights on empowering youth to take active roles in community development, policy-making, and sustainable housing solutions. The session encouraged dynamic interaction between the speaker and the audience, highlighting innovative ideas and real-life challenges in the housing sector. This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to engaging students in contemporary issues and equipping them with the leadership skills necessary for impactful civic and economic contributions.
