Medical Microbiology Students conducted Health Test Activity to visitors of Family Mall

The event organized by the Department of Medical Microbiology Sciences of Knowledge University was a great success as it helped to educate the public about the importance of taking care of their health during the holy month of Ramadan. The students and their supervisors (M. Zhiyan Omer - Head of Department) were able to reach a large number of people who were shopping and enjoying their time at the Family Mall in Erbil. They provided free blood and blood pressure tests to the visitors and also helped to determine their blood groups. They also gave various advice and tips on how to stay healthy and safe during the holy month of Ramadan and the upcoming Eid holidays.

The volunteers were able to interact with people from different walks of life and create awareness about the importance of taking care of their health during the holy month of Ramadan. They were able to educate people about the dangers of dehydration, especially during the long hours of fasting, and how to manage their diet during this period.
