Holds an MSc in Food Microbiology from the University of Salahaddin, College of Agriculture and Engineering Science. Academic background in food technology, nutrition, and microbiology. Experienced in teaching, laboratory work, and quality control, with professional involvement in food safety, market inspection, and public health monitoring. Actively engaged in student instruction, curriculum development, and academic supervision, with strong interest in food safety, functional foods, and nutrition sciences.
I have authored two scholarly works that have been published and am currently preparing an additional manuscript for publication. In 2023, I co-authored a research article with P. A. Kareem entitled “Detection of Some Virulence Factors in Staphylococcus aureus Isolated from Different Sources in Erbil City,” which was published in the Eurasian Journal of Science and Engineering and is available at: https://eajse.tiu.edu.iq/index.php/eajse/article/view/125. Furthermore, I am currently developing a new research manuscript intended for submission to an international peer-reviewed journal.
