The National workshop on language skills is a two-day event that will be conducted by Miss Bekhal Baiz Kareem, the head of the English Language Teaching department, and Mrs Maysa Abdulkareem Mahmood. The workshop will take place on the university campus and will be aimed at teaching learners how to improve their basic language skills such as reading, speaking, writing, and listening through the use of literacy texts.

During the workshop, participants will be exposed to a range of reading materials, including books, articles, and other written materials. They will be taught how to effectively read and comprehend these texts, and will be given tips and strategies on how to improve their overall reading skills. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to practice their speaking, writing, and listening skills through a variety of activities and exercises.

One of the key goals of the workshop is to help learners develop a love for reading and to show them the benefits of reading on a regular basis. Not only can reading improve language skills, but it can also expand one's knowledge, enhance critical thinking skills, and even improve memory and concentration. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a better understanding of how reading can improve their overall language abilities and will have gained valuable tools and strategies for continuing to improve their language skills in the future.

The National workshop on language skills is a valuable opportunity for learners to improve their basic language abilities and to develop a love for reading. We encourage all interested participants to sign up for the workshop and to take advantage of this exciting opportunity to learn from two experienced language educators.
