Shwan Omar Khaleel is currently serving as Dean of the college of law at Knowledge University. Before that, he was lecturer in the college of law at Salahaddin University . He received the BSc degree in Law from Salahaddin University and the Master degree in philosophy of law at Salahaddin University and PHD in philosophy of law at Salahaddin University in 2008 and 2013, 2006 respectively . He has published many scientific/research papers in journals and conferences. His areas of teaching are Law, International Law, International Criminal Law, International Human Rights Law, and all branches of Public Law.
