Hala Abdulrahman Nooruldeen is currently serving as Lecturer at the college of law at Knowledge University. Before that, she was Official appointment in year 2000 ,she received the institutes degree in tourism & BSc degree in Law from cihan University and the Master degree in Laws & political from Salahuddin university in 2019 , respectively . she has published 1 scientific/research papers in journal of law and politics .worked as a writer & journalist & reporter in tv from 2002-2009 ,she was director of media at the ministry of humanitarian aid in 2003-2005 , she previously worked as director of tourism department at ministry of tourism 2008-2009, she was a director of public contracts in ministry of municipalities & tourism for the year 2021 and currently the director of legal and property in the general board of tourism she is a member of the Kurdistan jurists union .
