The law department made a scientific visit to Erbil forensic medicine

On Tuesday( 30/11/2021), the law department at The College of Law at Knowledge University made a scientific visit to forensic medicine in Erbil accompanied by lecturers(Dr.Yaseen Myasar Aziz - Asst. Lec.Zainab Muhammad Faraj ) of the Law department - College Law at Knowledge University with third and fourth - stage students in the law department in which they were welcomed by the welcoming staff of the mentioned office .

And then a summary was presented on judicial medical work and its important role in helping the court and law, specially in criminal cases, in uncovering crimes and criminals by finding and presenting scientific evidence, as well as how to do anatomy procedures on the dead body to show the remains of wounds, beatings and remnants of crime on him. and appearing a clearness  to the investigation side and courts on the cause of wounds and deaths on the body. Finally, students questions were answered.

 

ڕۆژی سێ شەممە ڕێكەوتی (٣٠/١١/٢٠٢١)، بەشی یاسا لە كۆلێژی یاساى زانکۆى نۆڵج سەردانێکى زانستیان ئەنجامدا بۆ پزیشکى دادوەرى لە هەولێر بە یاوەرى مامۆستایان (د. یاسین میسر عزیز-  م. ى. زینب محمد فرج ) لە بەشى یاسا – کۆلێژى یاسا – زانکۆى نۆڵج لە گەڵ قوتابیانى قۆناغى سێیەم و چوارەمى بەشى یاسا کە تێیدا لە لایەن ستافى پێشوازى فەرمانگەى ناوبراو پێشوازى کران و  پاشان کورتەیەک پێشکەش کرا لە سەر کارى پزیشکى داوەرى و ڕۆڵى گرنگى لە یارمەتیدانى دادگاو یاسا بە تایبەت لە دۆسیە تاوانیەکان و لە ئاشکراکردنى تاوان و تاوانباران بە دۆزینەوەو خستنە ڕووى بەڵگەى زانستى, هەروەها چۆنیەتى ڕێکارەکانى توێکارى لە سەر لاشەى مردوو بۆ نیشاندانى ئاسەوارەکانى برین و لێدان و پاشماوەى تاوان لە سەرى. وە خستنە ڕووى بەرچاوڕوونى بۆ لایەنى لێکۆڵینەوەو دادگاکان لە سەر هۆکارى برین و مردن لە سەر لاشە. لە کۆتایى دا وەڵامى پرسیارى قوتابیان درایەوە.
