The concept of a Smart City leverages sustainable information and communication technologies to enhance the overall well-being, healthcare, education, and efficiency of urban services for its residents. In this regard, Knowledge University extends an invitation to submit proposals for ICACS24, addressing the multifaceted challenges associated with smart urban development. The conference is scheduled to take place at Knowledge University's campus in Erbil, Iraq. Accepted papers will be featured in a conference proceeding book, and negotiations are underway for potential publication in reputable journals such as EAI Computing and Communication in Emerging Regions - CCER or EPiC Series in Computing, with the prospect of indexing by SCOPUS pending further review.
