We would like to bring an important matter to your attention regarding the recent lectures conducted in the past two weeks.

Firstly, we want to emphasize that the lectures from the past two weeks will not be repeated in future classes. It is crucial for your academic progress that you have a strong understanding of the content covered during this period.

As we approach the upcoming exams, please be aware that the material from these past two weeks will be included in the examination. The questions on the exams will specifically focus on the content covered during these lectures. Therefore, it is imperative that you review and thoroughly understand the topics, concepts, and information discussed during this time frame.

In the context of a specialized department like petroleum engineering, it is often even more crucial for students to attend classes regularly. The field of petroleum engineering can be highly technical and practical, and missing lectures may result in a significant loss of essential knowledge and skills. Therefore, based on the decision of the departments we have strict attendance policies, which include no repetition of lectures for absent students.

Kindly notice that the second part of the graduation project should be presented on (25th/04/2023) and (26th/04/2023). Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 should be presented. it weighted 20% of the total mark.

- The Exam will start at 9:00 AM and 5 minutes is permission time for late - Exam duration will be two hours  

- Students should bring all the exam requirements (Pen, ruler, calculator .etc.) It  is not allowed to borrow inside the examination hall 

- Student should fill his/her information in the cover page of answer sheet and  inside should fill only answers of questions without any signs or names or else it  will be as cheating . 

- In the topics that include practical exam, both exams theory and practical will  be same date.

I have to announce you that you should present your report on Monday next week( your report 5 papers, and the presentation for 10 minutes) contain what is the subject, when it found and where, who found it, why the community need it)  in report details but in the slides you have to use (pictures, diagrams , important as points, charts) . All the students should be ready cause we have no time for the final
