In a landmark move that promises to significantly enhance educational opportunities for the youth of Akre District, an official Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between Akre Education Directorate and Knowledge University (KNU). The signing ceremony, held in the presence of Mr. Dashti Haji Najmaddin, the Head of the Board of Trustees of KNU, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kayhan Zrar Ghafoor, the President of KNU, marks a transformative step in higher education accessibility. Under this pioneering agreement, all students hailing from Akre District will be eligible for a generous 30% tuition discount across all academic stages offered by Knowledge University. This discount extends to undergraduate programs, ensuring that aspiring students have the means to pursue their educational dreams without undue financial burden.
The signing of the MoU also highlighted the instrumental roles played by Mr. Rabie Zebari and Mr. Taha Talal Aqrawi in facilitating and realizing this remarkable achievement.
