Team from Ministry of Higher Education and scientific researches Visits KNU.
A team from the Ministry of Higher Education and scientific researches – KRG, headed by Dr. Mohammad Kalari along with Dr. Hawkar Rasheed, Dr. Pola Fatah, and Dr. Mouaed Putrus, visited the Computer Engineering Department premises at Knowledge University. The objectives of the visit were to follow-up and ensure the implementation of the standards mandated by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Following the standards of the MoHE-KRG, Knowledge University has taken all the necessary steps to establish up-to-date modern lab environments within the newly established buildings. Such labs comprise of digital, electric, electronic, and communication educational equipment that would enable practical experimentation for many subjects of computer engineering.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research had conditionally approved the newly established department for the academic year 2020 – 2021. In the visit of MHE-KRG delegation, they follow-up the conditional approval of the department of Computer Engineering in terms of labs, teaching halls, syllabus content of the department. Accordingly, the Knowledge University has strived to fulfil all standards and conditions set by the ministry to ensure the quality of education and the fulfilment of ministerial requirements.
